I've only been here a month and it really is. The most I've heard is kids playing at the pool and even that wasn't loud. July 4th was loud but that is because it's on a street of mostly apartments. They email you if anything notable happens in the complex
Yes, it's very calm. I've been living here almost a year now and I love it. I just renewed my contract for another year.
