You do need a permit, but it's usually not enforced. Also it's not as good as it sounds, unless u like sandy burgers
No. To my knowledge. I had a small set up. Small social Distance. Music atmosphere and the event was beautiful. Weather held up perfectly.
I wouldn't suggest it. Super sandy burgers and the park rangers are out and about always so up to you if you wanna chance it.
