We love it here! Great educational programs, fun dinosaur museum/exhibit and the staff is so knowledgeable and friendly. We enjoy coming to picnic and taking a walk around the little pond to see the ducks, turtles and other wildlife. They have Spookyfest in October which we went to this year and my 4 year old had such an incredible time! The non-scary walk was perfect for his age. There were crafts, dancing, face painting and fortune telling. I appreciated how friendly the volunteers were; they made my son (who can be quite shy) feel safe and comfortable. It was a great experience! Highly recommend

The Science center is small but nice. They have a few animals that have been rescued. The dinosaur exhibit was pretty cool. My child liked it. Staff were very nice. The preserve itself had a paved path around the pond. Update:Spooky Fest was well done. For $25 you get to take a walk down 2 paths (spooky and not-so-spooky), see a "fortune" teller, face paint and crafts. This is geared towards from 4-12/13. Nice vibe. My only suggestion is to get hot cider/hot chocolate truck instead of ice cream as it was a bit chilly.

The dinosaur exhibit is nicely done but admission for it is grossly overpriced, especially when you're done in about 20/25 minutes. I've also been to many nature preserves and this one is by far the most unkempt. Trash everywhere. Overgrown trails. And the sound of endless aggressive honking. Disappointing all in all.

You can walk off the tar walkways but be careful of insects. Walking around the lake takes obly about ten minutes but you can make it longer by walking on the grass. Enjoy
Years ago was open to the public it was no problem now there's a person that I believe that owns the property I'm not sure if you could even walk in there I mean if you ask they'll probably let you it needs to be back open to the public and they need to get out of there cuz they're doing a lot of crazy stuff up in there I live around the corner from it but I'm in Ohio
Yes they have areas where you can sit and enjoy snacks.
As per the website it is a walk-in only event. Meaning, no reservations are being taken. Masks must be worn.
We paid $12 per adult and $8 for a child.
