I've consistently had great service at the RVC USPS office. The window team is friendly & knowledge about packaging & postal fees. The lobby is clean, air conditioned & well stocked with USPS forms, envelopes & boxes. It also has a self-service kiosk. This is one of my favorite post offices in Nassau County. Thanks! :)

I went to this post office and I had such a positive experience. There was like no wait. Just one person in front of me in the line. Travaisa (not sure if that’s how you spell it) was so kind and courteous. She had a really calm positive energy to her. She answered all of my questions. Helped me pick out the shopping package I needed, and I was on my way. It was literally so smooth that I turned around and asked her name just to write this review.

I dont know what's going on over there but maybe someone can teach Mail man how to read. Been getting mail for everyone else. This is happening more and more lately

This place is worse than the DMV! Never more than 1 person working there and for the most part, not helpful at all. I ran out of tape to put a label on a box and he wanted me to buy tape and I finally got him to put on tape and he only used scotch tape and just 1 side and left the other 3 sides without tape. Useless!
