Purchased $22.95 worth of gas at the pump and they charged my card $100 - When I called I was told the bank put the hold on my card. I called the bank first they said they didn't put the hold on my card. The lady at UDF said it would fall off at midnight...said the bank always lies about putting holds on people's card. I have NEVER had a hold put on my card after getting gas!!! Well it's the next day and I still have a $100 charge on my card. DON'T PURCHASE GAS HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO GIVE THEM $100 OF YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY TO HOLD UNTIL THEN WANT TO GIVE IT BACK TO YOU!!

I ask for a milk shake but I got ice cream in a milk shake cup. The tall 7 foot monkey gave it to me. I was being respectful but I wasn’t receiving the same energy. Just very disappointed

Today i went to UDF on Yearling and i waited patiently for ice-cream. It was 2 workers at 3:41pm and both were running the register. I asked the cashier close to the door for ice-cream, she said i dont serve it , but she will after several customers were rang up. This Manager Named SHADOW LOOKS LIKE A GREMLIN WITH TATTOOS has a very nasty attitude this place needs someone who will respect the people coming to spent their money. Keep your private life on the outside. I will never recommend No one to go there a bad attitude is Contagious. 0 STARS!

I am so sorry that you had a bad experience here but as an ex employee I understand you're complaint because it's the same complaint that customers have coming into that store that people are not pleasant who work there and just because we are in a pandemic right now people it doesn't give people an excuse to be working in these establishments and they're not giving the customers good customer service and my thing is UDF is a convenience store meaning it's fast it's quick and you should be getting a good quality of service whether it's your perch whatever it is your purchasing from the store and the service from the employees it should be good I feel like this pandemic is an excuse for people to use as an escape goat on why they're not doing a due diligence to their job duties again I apologize
