I am so sorry that you had a bad experience here but as an ex employee I understand you're complaint because it's the same complaint that customers have coming into that store that people are not pleasant who work there and just because we are in a pandemic right now people it doesn't give people an excuse to be working in these establishments and they're not giving the customers good customer service and my thing is UDF is a convenience store meaning it's fast it's quick and you should be getting a good quality of service whether it's your perch whatever it is your purchasing from the store and the service from the employees it should be good I feel like this pandemic is an excuse for people to use as an escape goat on why they're not doing a due diligence to their job duties again I apologize
Just like every business employee shortages and covid has put a tamper on our day to day life's so don't let the bad ones ruin it for you
