If everyone participating safe distance and respect every other boundaries ( whatever is the situation or places ) will be safer and better place for all.
When we went there were very few people but nobody wear mask(We went in late june )
On the beach, yes. On the board walk, no. But just in case you should still wear a mask because there are people who exercise and breathe hard.
