Yes.
Partner and I brought our own tubes and we were still forced to pay the $20 tube rental on top of entry, you may want to call ahead or find another access point to the river. Also the tube float was short, about 1hr, maybe hour and a half tops from entry to exit for the tubing company, and that was floating. It'd go by much quicker paddling on a kayak.
