I can tell you from experience after standing in line for about a week to turn in my SC Real ID Drivers License for a GA one - you need everything but a DNA sample. Birth Certificate, SC license, SS Card and 2 documents with your GA address - bank statement, insurance, lease etc.
If you have an unexpired driver's license/ ID in another state, you will need to have proof of your identity, residency, and citizenship. You must also surrender your out of state driver's license/ ID
If I'm not mistaken you need a copy of your South Carolina driver's license, and a social security card
