Everyone has a need in that office. You shouldn't expect preferential treatment just because you don't have patience. Should have gotten there when they opened
As someone who has worked in government, they can’t particularly control the wait. A lot of people need help. Each client has a lot of different needs, and each client takes time. It’s not a matter of inefficiency, it’s a matter of humanity. A human can only muster through clients as fast as they can.
That's the problem!
It would be nice if they could come up with some sort of system for people who only have to pick up something to filter them through quicker at a separate window as opposed to those who will be there longer wouldn't this help in the long run to weed people out
Bc it's a government office, lol. They have nothing better to do than to waste our time. I mean really, they already get our money as their pay checks, so why not take our time as well, haha! They get paid no matter how long we wait, lol.
At least the lady was nice when I finally got up there, but man that's ridiculous!
A Lot Of Ppl Are There For Stuff As Simple As Just Picking Up A Piece Of Mail That Belongs To You, But This Place Is Like Every Other Place, You Have To Wait Your Turn, ((FCFS)) It Is Nerve Wracking And I AM THE WORST ABOUT HAVING PATIENTS, Wherever I Had To Be Suchas A Place Loke DHS I Start Shaking My Leg My Hear Rate Starts Beating Really Fast And I Start Sweating, Usually Depending Of I Feel Good Or Not And Know How Long Of Wait I Start Raising Hell And CussIng. I Just Cant Be In A Crowded Place Like That For A Long Time! I Have Bad Anxiety Probkwm But I Agree With Julia Tracy If You Dont Like Waiting For Something As Simple As A Piece Of Mail That's Belongs With You To Begin With, Bc I Know I HATE IT! !!! I'd Get There Or Wherever From Now On At Least 10 To 15 Minutes Before They Open Yes Its Eaely As Hell Out Of Standing There All Day! Sorry So Long, Had To Get That Off My Chest lol
