I have been a patient of what used to be Middle Tennessee Family Medicine. When run and owned by Dr. Warren Langworthy it was great. It was even a great place when they brought on Dr. Eller and moved to the new locale. But since Dr. Langworthy retired and MMC assumed the practice, it continues to go down hill. A significant amount of the prior staff is gone (that were great) and I now have recently had to be switched to a new NP after mine left. Wait times when calling are at a minimum 30 minutes and if you have a question, you wait for aturn call and don’t miss it or you’ll do another 30 min wait on returning the call. MMC has been the absolute worst thing for this practice. What seemed a caring and positive environment feels clinical and distant to the patient. Would not reccommend.

Sad, like the previous post stated this place was great family own. My wife felt great about coming here felt like she was actually being taken care of then you had to join up with useless medical clinic. My wife was refused to be seen because we owe a small amount to the clinic. Things have been hard for folks and evidently that don't matter unless you got the green. So much for that oath I guess.

I would agree with a previous post about that this office used to be amazing when it was privately ran. Now I've been told if you are sick... period... sick... you have to go to the walk-in clinic and not to your normal doctor.
