Took my paperwork in and dropped it off 2 weeks before the date nothing changed then receive a letter telling me she did not get it but I signed in an handed it to the lady in window number two so I called the worker many times an you do not get a reply at all but some workers you never have a problem with them getting the job done like others can an it's bad when some wouldn't eat because someone don't care enough about others to get their job done my opinion .They could do better also in my opinion an probably many others opinions .

Always packed with people. Workers gossip with each other instead of doing their work and speeding up the wait. If you need to go there clear your entire schedule for the day because you'll be there for hours. Even dropping off paperwork is a good hour long wait. Left messages with caseworker but calls never returned. Now that line to her is disconnected. Tried front office but nobody answers the phone.

Submitted paperwork to caseworker for Medicare, Medicaid, & SNAP eligibility.

Everyone has a need in that office. You shouldn't expect preferential treatment just because you don't have patience. Should have gotten there when they opened
I've wondered the same thing..my only answer is they are government worker's and we all know what that means.
Good luck. I called the worker in my paperwork 12 times in 3 weeks and the only way to find out anything is to go down there. It's usually empty by the way.
Just go on to the website, should be right there

Most of the time it's because they want something turned in
You have to go done their and sign on at the computer and wait in line . they will set you up an appointment and a time that they will call you for an phone interview ..you do have to go down their or you want get any help ...after that one visit its only phone interviews after that and u want have to go back down their
You have to go there in sign in the computer to talk to someone.
It's best just to go down to the office. They will help you faster with it.
I don't work in that area, but I know you can apply online, come into the office, or (I think) call and they will send you an application. I would call and ask, they are your best source of information.
I'm not sure, check the website
They are the most rudest people and lazy people ive ever met u got to do things by a computer most the time
They do not answer the phones! Im usually in and out pretty quick! Go in the afternoon time
Yeah
You can do it all online and over the phone and not even have to go in!
Go on DHS.gov and there's a link to food stamps and apply online
You can also fill it out online, much faster and easier.
