Its an experience that WILL change your life if you choose it to be different. Momentum is simply one path in helping you reach your dreams. There are countless ways to find your way back to who you really are. The work never stops. I find in a community like Momentum you have the option to do some serious work in a shorter hyper focused period of time. It’s not for everyone but if you’re hungry for a change Momentum is a great place to start.

Momentum (Basic) was a life-changing weekend. Despite consistent work to be fairly self-actualized (I work with a therapist on a weekly basis), the workshop opened my eyes to the truth of what I was putting in front of my own happiness, what it was that I actually wanted in life, and the fears that were keeping me from it. Within a week of completing the program, I took a courageous step toward dropping what was holding me back and continued to move forward through 2019 rooted in truth. By the end of 2019, I had received three raises, a new job, a new relationship status, and a completely new outlook on what I was capable of achieving. And while these achievements were a product of decisions I made on my own, Momentum was... well... the momentum.... that opened my eyes up to the truth and courage that existed within myself to go out and make it happen. The facilitator (Sandra) and the staff were incredible and supportive. Highly recommended!
