ARTISTS applying to juried group shows at BWAC should know that they charge additional "handling fees" for shipping your work, storing a crate, needing more than 1 person to install an artwork, or any other reason they feel like. In my case this happened after my piece's install notes were specifically okayed by a curator ahead of time. And no, this "handling fee" does not pay for professional art handlers. I feel that they see national shows as a revenue stream.

It is an ideal gallery for art lovers, there are different annual exhibitions. It is a nice space full of different artists and styles. It is an ideal space to visualize or if you want to buy art or if you are an artist to sell your products or your art; sometimes, musical performances are found.

I don't know I drive
No, there are no tickets or reservations required. It us a very large gallery with plenty of room for social distancing. Donations at the door are suggested.
The show opens on October 6th and there will be food and entertainment. The Fall show runs from 10/6 thru 10/28 and is open on weekends from 1-6 p.m. On the last day at 4 p.m. there is an auction for all the donated art on the Auction Wall. It is a great way to pick up some beautiful pieces at a bargain rate. Don't forget to check out my panel at the show, #164.
