Trevecca Towers II has a lobby on the ground floor called the multi-purpose room, which has an area with comfy couches and chairs, where people can relax and talk. This side of the room has a snack machine and two drink machines. The other side of the room has a library area, with a wall side full of books. There are smaller tables over there, where people can read, work puzzles, talk and relax. There are also lunch tables and chairs where people can play card games or have meetings. This room also serves for chapel meetings, and other special or social meetings such as exercise/walking class which meets during the day. This room also features a piano which adds a nice touch. Lastly there is a door in the room which opens to the "parcel room", where residents may pick up their bigger packages, which are too large to contain in their mailroom mailboxes. :)
Residents of this Tower can use all of the workings that Towers 1 residents can use. Exclusive to Towers 2 that Towers 1 seemly doesn't have is more "nature space", computer lab, workout room and exclusive place where smokers can relish in.
