So are you guys even open? It says so online but when we call to ask no one answers and half the time we go up there it's not open. Is the online open or closed hours updated?

They are always under staffed cause they dont pay their people enough. If your a new donor expect to wait and the process will take up to 5 hours. They keep changing their hours call before you go

Right now, their hours are 7-4 M-F and 7-3 Sat & Sun. If they are understaffed, they will close early or not open at all.

I know right, they can't even answer the phone and take 2 seconds to tell you yes or no if they're open or not.
