Wow! Take me back to 1995. Cash only, but hey, there's an ATM with fee's you can use. No fitting rooms, which would be OK, except you can't return items if they don't fit. Staff is miserable and rude. Just go to goodwill or ARC. How this place stays in business is beyond me.

Bad experience there. The staff is rude to their customers. I also don't recommend donations, the homeless population is always rummaging through the piles of donations at night.

Per usual Denver, this thrift store takes steps to degrade customers by making them listen in a loop to a recorded voice sounding like an adult talking to children. It warns us that if we try to buy something without a price tag they will teach us a lesson by not allowing us to buy it until the following day. It's so insulting and irritating. I wish thrift stores here didn't spend so much time treating customers so badly. At least at this shop you can take your purchased items to your car with a cart. Great prices with a scoop of degradation.

This is the worst place! ! ! No fitting rooms, clothes are organized by color, rather than size, only can pay with cash. The store is filthy. Items are overpriced. Not only that but you will get ticketed by cops for donating clothes afterhours.. they barely just updated their no donating after hours sign. The manager is trash with a bad attitude. I'll only shop at the ARC which have more class & respect for their customers

That's what I'm saying, by the time you pay the ridiculous atm fees you aren't getting a deal.

It is a thrift store! So items are 1st come 1st serve if they have it. My suggestion is Play it again Sports! They do!

Anytime, really. There is a drop off on the Washington corner of the store. But anytime between 9-3 there will be people out there.

Yes they do pick up but you do need to make an appointment.
I'm not sure that you can get community service hour here but you can get hours at the goodwill and arc. I would call and ask the mile high thrift store.
