Very rude staff who works in the front. Specifically one older woman who makes you feel terrible for even showing up for your appointment. There is No common courtesy, or basic customer service. The eye service overall was fine.

Wait is supposedly 10-14 days I've been waiting 20. Every time you call to speak with anyone it's nothing but attitude they treat like you're bothering them. Especially the day I got my exam I was the last patient and they rushed through the whole thing. I hope my glasses are actually done correctly and I don't have to send them back and wait another month. The whole staff especially Jessica needs to work on customer service.

Be prepared for multiple calls and messages when you make an appointment. Like a codependent ex! Christ! And then they called for the 4th time to cancel my appointment because their Dr called in 🤣 That should tell you right there what you will be dealing with. This is the 2nd time I have dealt with them and NO MORE! The staff (in my experience) does not care. Last time I went there they were so rude and snotty! I was like "why you snotty, you are a cheap chain!" 🤣. Anyway, I was desperate, my glasses broke but I'll do with out until I can see a real optometrist 👍
