Jonathan is an absolute marvel! He responded quickly to our urgent request and did not mind coming to our house after 9 pm. He is very knowledge and professional. He was able to address the issue in a very timely manner. He answered all questions we had. We had a pleasure of having him about mount ago for mice issue. No mice since then! He adjusted the traps and localized all potential points of entry. I recommend him for every customer. Certainly, the company should give him promotion and salary increase.

I had a great first experience with Fox Pest Control after a neighbor's recommendation. I live in my first home and noticed some carpenter ants around the outside of the house as spring started so I gave Fox a call. They set up an inspection and treatment for the following week and explained the process thoroughly. The tech who came (Jonathan) was great -- super knowledgeable, friendly and professional. I'll use Fox again!

Jonathan is a fine representative for your company. He is courteous, friendly, knowledgeable, conscientious, and capable. He took the time to explain fully what he was doing and with what intent. He did a thorough treatment with the powder and liquid products along the facial gutter boards that were affected by the carpenter bees. We appreciated his effort and effectiveness. Fox Pest Control is fortunate to have him as an employee.

I was blissfully unaware I had a soccer ball sized bald-faced hornets nest in a tree in my front yard until I got a little too close. Fox Pest Control was quick to get me set up as a customer and a technician out within the week. Luis Franco is my HERO! Not only did he arrive 30 mins ahead of their 4-6pm window, he was very he was patient as I explained the issues I was having. He didn't even laugh when a house fly flew into my garage and I jumped into the house for safety. He took the hornets nest out in less than 3 mins and finished treating the rest of my property within a half hour. If you have any sort of pest needs, I highly recommend Luis and the Fox Pest Control team!

The goal of pest control is to completely eliminate any pest problems that you may be seeing. So if you don’t have any bugs, we are doing our job! Customers often think that once they are pest free, it is a good time to cancel. We would advise against it, as you will start to experience pest problems in 3-6 months once new pests begin to move into the area.

It is normal to still have some bugs after the initial service, as they will become agitated and more active. If the problem persists after your first quarterly service, give us a call and we will be happy to come take care of the problem, free of charge.

Will I Receive Same Day or Next Day Service?

Once signing up for services, you will receive same day or next day service. A Fox tech will come out to your home and spray to stir up any bugs that may be hiding. Then, within the next 1-3 weeks, a second technician will come to your home. This tech will become your dedicated technician, and will take care of you going forward.

During your initial treatment, we like to meet our customers and let them know what pest problems we see and our plan to fix the problem. Unless you request an interior treatment to target a specific pest problem, it is no longer necessary for you to be present during your home’s scheduled service. Once the interior is pest free, we maintain the barrier around the home according to your protection plan’s treatment schedule.
