I rarely right reviews but this was unacceptable. I've been getting sound system upgrades since I could drive. I'm almost 50. I went to get a simple audio upgrade on my 2021 Road Glide Special. The installation was straight garbage. Exposed wires and they literally ZIP tied my amp to my bagger. On top of all that they couldn't tune it without me going to ebay to buy and after market product. So they sent me home with nothing but treble no bass and a ragedy install. After a night's sleep I was like nope. Unacceptable... $1400 with zip ties. They said they were the strongest zip ties in the market. I should have known better. One staff smelled like alcohol and another like weed. Anyway, I wouldn't have left a review if they made it right but they only gave me a partial refund and charged me for all the labor.... NEVER AGAIN. SO litigation it is.....
