The Samaritan House across the street is for females
I'm going to assume so. The men's shelter has pretty decent mats. Go to the rescue mission early and get signed up for your Clarity card, you'll need that to be able to stay at the shelter and/or to get the meals there. Hopefully this helps you to stay out of the cold.
