How do we arrange a free shuttle pickup from the airport to Hampton Inn and where do we pick up the shuttle. This is our first time flying into Ft. Lauderdale International Airport, not sure what we should be doing. Thank you in advance for helping.

Call the hotel and reserve one for your arrival time.

Trevor's comment is correct. Remember - make reservations in advance of fligjt, get baggage , call hotel and tell them you ate ready for shuttle, go outside and wait at the designated pick up. While talking yo hotel, ask them how you will rcognize the shuttle.

The Hampton Inn arranged the pick-up, and advised us where to go for the pick-up.

Tell the Hampton Inn your flight info and that you want a shuttle. You get the shuttle at Terminal One outside along the area marked for shuttle buses. Mine had pink flamingoes on it so it was very essy to spot. Call the hotel when you get your baggage and tell them you are ready for the shuttle. The wait was reasonably short.
