The staff is pleasant. They are always ready and willing to go above and beyond the standard chain hotel. I learned that many of the guests that come have been staying for decades and that there has not been a decrease in service in the many years of the hotels longevity. In fact, if you go to the bar in the afternoon, you may just meet the owner while she sits watching making sure her staff keeps the hotel to her high standards.

Well this place was interesting. Staff was very friendly and they let us check in early which was so kind of them. Rooms were good, but kind of smelt. The worst part is that my friend & I came back from walking around and the cleaning lady never shut our door. So if someone looked close enough, they could have noticed the door was open and could have stolen all of our things. Fortunately that didn't happen, but it was very scary. The space is so tight for the morning breakfast that you cant even sit down and enjoy it because people are standing and waiting for others to move so they can sit down. That area needs to be bigger. Overall, if you are staying for one or two nights, this would be the place. I would not stay here more than that.

Not too bad. The important thing is the room was clean and the price was decent. Staff was friendly. The water in the toilet/sink/shower was yellow. The bathroom had no air flow and was very hot and stuffy. They charge a resort fee even though they are pretty far from the water. They also do a $100 hold on your credit card for incidentals.
