I really wanted to like this place, but unfortunately, a couple of things kept me from doing so. The resort is very nice, clean and updated, which is great. The staff deserve a 5-star rating themselves - they were awesome! The pool was very nice, but they had very limited chair and umbrellas for guests. The food was decent, and it was ridiculously expensive “hotel prices”, but three of the four places to get food had the same exact menu items, which was kind of pointless. Here are the reasons why my rating is so low…. The room was nice, but as I was wiping things down with my Clorox wipes (yes, I’m neurotic), I found this mystery white gunk on the bathroom door and by the sink. I also found some mystery brown gunk on the toilet, my daughter stepped in a wet puddle in the closet, and there were hairs all over the bathroom and on the bed (not all ones from your head). The other reason why my review is not favorable is because the valet system they have there is HORRENDOUS. They only offer a valet option, and at $45/day, it should be an outstanding system they have. Depending on when you’re trying to get your car, the whole path is blocked off by cars coming in, and everyone has to wait for the cars to unpack everything and move. Because of the valet, we were late to the reservation we had — NOT COOL. This place CAN be better — they just have to clean up their valet system and their housekeeping needs to clean up their act (pun intended!). I won’t be returning unless this changes.

What a great lodging experience! Everyone from the front desk to the bellman to the towel guy by the pool, were all so kind and accommodating! Our room was absolutely gorgeous! If you don’t travel often, just be aware of the hefty valet ($45 and resort fees ($40 ish?). The pool and restaurant were great and you can’t beat being a walkway from the beach. I would highly recommend! (PS- there aren’t microwaves in the room)

Great hotel and I would have offered 5 stars except for two things that I consider major issues that anyone looking to book should consider. The main positive points would be location, customer service, housekeeping services, and the views. Upon arrival we were greeted by an extremely kind and welcoming associate. We were even granted a room upgrade to a room with partial ocean view. The main issues are 1. You can hear everything going on in the room next door. I could hear the neighbors coughing and talking as if they were in the same room with me. This was uncomfortable as I assumed they could hear me and made me not feel comfortable conversing or making any noise. I know that complete noise cancellation is not a thing, but imagine paying what one pays to stay here and be in a room so poorly sound proofed and not be comfortable in your room. There was a probably two inch or more gap between floor and door on the connecting room doors so that could play a role. The second issue is the fact that it rained for 2 days during our stay which resulted in leaking ceilings all over the property. The carpet in the hallway in front of our room was completely drenched. It seems like a property like this would have had that repaired already, again, with the prices charged. There were buckets everywhere in the property to catch the leaking water. In some areas where there is no carpet, that was a slip hazard. That seems like an issue that should be addressed. Other than those two points, I was highly impressed with the property. Great beach access. If you can, bring your own umbrella or canopy. It’s not included with beach chairs. Great offerings for activities and amenities. Housekeeping was very detailed and room service was prompt whenever needed. Had lunch at the highly rated Lona restaurant on the property and it was wonderful! Great service and location keeps this at a 4 star review for me.

Hotel is clean and right on the beach with easy access. Staff is friendly and helpful. Valet is $45 a day. The beds...are hard which might be good for some people. EDIT AND MORE: Checked out today. The front desk did reach out, but we missed it, and was no need to callback. We switched beds (double bed room) and did much better. Some of it may have been jet lag the first two nights. During the week beach chairs were plentiful. Nice chairs. Easy access is via a walkway over the A1A. This was not available after dusk. Pool bar.

Look up yelp app near hotel. I know there's a great eat in/takeout place called Primanti Brothers.
I was there a couple of months ago. I would not recommend it other than for a four hour booking. Unfortunately I was stuck there for 4 nights.
Starbucks on ground level of South Tower is a good option for breakfast in the morning. Just a heads up, no mobile ordering, you can't redeem your Starbucks rewards there and there is a long line in the AM. Only 1 oven for heated food.
Not that i know of. I drove my rental. But wonderful place to stay.
There isn't even shuttle service from the Fort lauderdale airport
Afraid not. We were there a couple of weeks ago as part of a conference at the hotel, and the hotel validated the parking. Maybe if you're eating at their restaurant you can get them to validate it then?
They have a few suites. Their "hospitality suite" has panoramic views of the beach on the top floor that can be used for a honeymoon celebration. The staff will make it special for you too. Highly recommend it!
Call them.
They do not. They do have the valet dry cleaning though. I would suggest googling a laundromat near by.
Not sure. I would suspect 18, but other than positive ID and credit card for incidentals, I really don't think they check for a specific age
What???
is a great hotel that provides good services with a first class service both in its facilities and its staff I recommend easy access to the beach all very close come and enjoy
No, uberX is $18-20 depending on traffic. $20 after 12Noon. $18 at 5AM. The hotel does NOT offer an airport shuttle.
