Nothing works, very old, horrible management. Vending machine is broken but they still keep it up. It stole $4 from me but they refused to refund because "Manager is not here". Edit: The response from the Owner here should tell you enough. They dont address stealing my money or purposely having broken vending machines. Just a generic on to the next response. More of the same. Dont stay here.

Friendly front desk. Convenient to gas and shopping plaza which on same side. McDonalds next door with Wendy's in the plaza as well as Marina Mile Pizza. Coin Laundry and Winn Dixie along with liquor store and Dunkin Donuts.

A nice hotel, but expensive for what they offer. No fitness center, no hot tub. Rooms are very nice, but doors opening and closing in the hallway are quite loud, making me think the rooms should be better insulated for sound. Breakfast is good, but nothing special--scrambled eggs, sausage, a waffle maker, some really good biscuits. Reasonably convenient to the cruise terminals, a 10 minute Uber ride.

I'm shocked at all the positive reviews on this place. I walked into the lobby and already knew this wasn't going to be great. I was given room 104. When I walked in I was greeted by a cockaroach on the wall and bugs on the bed. They were on top on the comforter and there was no way I was inspecting any further. I immediately left. I will be letting the DOH know, the girl at the front desk didn't have much of a reaction to my complaint.
