I don't think it's free. They have contractors who do the jobs. But, Lowe's will arrange everything n make sure you are satisfied. Just call the store where you bought it and tell them what you want. They shud guide you from there.

Trying to stain my concrete floor. Forgot to wet concrete before spraying with paint and it does not look so good. Any ideas? Still damp so should I try to mop it off and start over or just leave it to dry?
