The old lady at plant department register outside today was rude and loud. She could use more training on how to talk to customers, especially if they have kids with them. To say poor customer service is an understatement

I like Lowes always have however since moving to Florence the Lowes (both) here I haven't had the best experiences with. However, it hasn't been the worst either. I never know what to expect when I go to Lowes either of them bc they have some staff that are great and will go above and beyond to help you they have some staff that are just down right rude and could careless. Which it seems almost everywhere you go these days it's like this.

Extremely hard to find anyone to assist you. Variety of items are very good that is if you can guess where they are! Why not take some of your cashiers that are standing around and put them on the floor?
