Great place. Went to make my first helmet purchase in a really long time (more than 20 years). Vince was really helpful, took the time to explain all the options, current changes, and got me up to speed on helmets. I went home and did a bit of online shopping, went back to Cycle Gear and got my helmet. I will be going back for more gear! Edit 2/17/2022: Went back and got a hi vis jacket and gloves. Lots of help on price, bang-for-the buck, and what items are best for me. You can't pay for the great knowledge and experience of the staff. Edit 6/1/2022 just bought some summer gloves, all the previous comments still apply! Edit 8/31/2022 back again, winter gloves and x-phone mount. Still great service!

Yes, Riders Plus Membership has a yearly membership with discounts, rewards and other perks. Any employee at the store can fill you in and sign you up.
Call your local Cycle Gear store. Or head to the website and click "Stores" at the top. Search for your store and click "Set as My Store" button. When you look at a product's page you can see if it is available at your local store.
Check out the careers page on the website. If you go into the store they'll probably tell you the same thing so you can apply right on the online site.
Yup, they’ll accept returns for online orders as long as you are returning the items within 90 days of receipt and it's in new unused condition with all the original tags and packaging. Make sure you have your order number on hand.
Cash and all the major credit cards are accepted at stores. You may also be eligible for financing through Sunbit.
