Customer help and support here is lacking as can be and mike on evening shift with glasses is a d-bag. If home depot wants less customers hire more mikes...thatll be a great start.

Mask is suggested, but of course some people don't wear them. All employees have mask.
Yes they carry window blinds. Any size you need they have..

Um, I recommend consulting their website to check Pulaski's stock. A call to the paint desk may get you the answer as well, but that dept. is usually overwhelmed with customers. Good luck.
It certainly is better to have one, for the aforementioned reason. But absolutely necessary? No.
