The last three times I have eaten there the food particular the chicken was way over cooked. The different sauces that you have to put on the chicken or slept all over the place and a few of them were out.The restaurant was not very clean the trash cans were overflowing and people were having to put their dirty trays and dirty dishes on the tables. They ran out of the corn casserole which I wanted. There is a lot of competition for restaurants in the Saint Pete & Seminole area and I don't know if I will be going back to Pollo Tropical. The first time we went there it was awesome. I do not think the restaurant is managed very well. I do want to say however that the lady that wears the salsa Queen t-shirt seems to be a very hard worker.
I agree with your statement/question. Although i love the food, they usually never have what i want and they are extremely rude. Very slow through the drive thru. Horrible customer service
Idk, I've not gotten food late from here before, but the food is awesome. Great choices and the dipping sauces are excellent. When I lived up north, we didn't have these. Pollo Tropical, I a great place to eat, and the prices are good too.
'Cause Corporate makes them stay open even if they don't have enough in stock.
