This is the second time I’ve ordered from this place and I always order ahead through the the app but every time I go in I have to wait an additional 10 mins. I don’t know what the hell the app is for if the purpose it’s trying to solve is being defeated. I’m not sure if they are understaffed or not paying attention but this is ridiculous. Either get your stuff in order or remove the app for use and make everyone come in because currently there doesn’t seem to be a difference.

I go there all the time this time I got a bad pizza it was way overcook the pepperoni was hard the crust was hard you're supposed to hurt I'm gonna be I'm gonna request a free pizza If they don't give me one I'll never gonna go back again I use you don't have a problem there I love their pizza but this time it was horrible
