Columbia and the surrounding areas have many troops. The council office is the best resource to find a troop that is close to where you live or what ever other mitigating factors you might have.
Merit Badge Classes aren't typically on the website. Once a year, a Merit Badge University is held where there are several offered. The Scout Shop does have some classes available during school breaks those announced on Facebook
