We stayed in this property since October 2018 onwards everything was going great but suddenly they have made some changes in the maintenance requirements which I found to be very weird.My air conditioning stopped working all of a sudden around 6:20 pm in the evening and when we called the emergency maintenance helpline the guy on the phone told that this is not an emergency request so they are not going to come and fix it. My question is how in this scorching Florida weather a family can survive without air conditioning n that too with a 4 year old toddler. After giving this type of service they have increased the rent 40-50%.

Great place, nice people and great amenities. I like that you get an immediate response when something's needs to be fixed. I like that the neighborhood is quiet. There isn't too much nosie around,which I like a lot. I definitely like the layout of the apartment and love that it is spacious that's is one of the reasons for considering this location.

Update on staying here after a couple months. We stay on first floor so we deal with a lot of worms coming into the apartment and sometimes we would even see them on our bed. Gross! We told front office and they said it was seasonal. There's never any parking for me so i have to park really for by a whole other building. It's first come first serve and there will be cars that take up spots that never move. Some neighbors or nice and smile but others seem entitled and rude and also they speed through the parking lot, i have kids and this is dangerous. Lots of blind spots also from plants and bushes. When something breaks they take a long time to fix it, but im sure they are doing there best. Neighbors above us are really loud and i can hear ever step they make, every time they talk loud or even have the vaccum on. Kind of annoying. Overall it is a really nice place and every place will have its ups and down. But for the kind of money they are charging, you would think you get your own parking spot at the least.

My husband and I lived here for almost 3 years. We absolutely loved living here!!! I was so sad when we moved! The apartments are GORGEOUS and spacious and the property has beautiful amenities. The pool is well kept and relaxing and they offer fun community events each month. The staff is also super nice and helpful!! I would recommend the Epic to anyone!!! It's an amazing property and we have so many wonderful memories from living here!
