scam alert !!!!!! Yasmine ovalles and the whole team are a bunch of frauds they steal lie and don't care about anything but money . Beware they have 5 different properties and run all of them the same don't waste your money or time you will be disappointed

It's a total scam. They will show you the apartment with incorrect rent information and once you apply for their apartment they will change the listing information so that they can force you to pay higher rent. That's how they kept our application fee even though we were approved for the apartment. when asked for the refund they pushed us to take another sub-standard apartment which we didn't apply for in the first place. I think they do it with lot other people to make it a consistent earning for them. Also, their application fee is three times higher than the others in that area. Stay away from them unless you want to waste 250$-300$ without any reason!!
