I did a walk in and I have been sitting here for 2 hours.. They are very unprofessional when asking to put a mask on. Another girl who came out to “assist” me was very rude and unprofessional. I mentioned I had checked in, she got argumentative with a lot of attitude and said, I didn’t do it right. They need OJT because they are very unprofessional. It is almost 4pm. And guess what? They came out and said we need to make appointments. These girls were walking back and forth on their downtime and not attending walk ins. Just waiting for appointments, I and others have been waiting for hours starving. This needs to be addressed!

System and experience is just awful here. Then I tried to schedule with another location and their system wasted so much of my time! It's maddening.

Made an appointment online. Checked in with a text message when i got to the parking lot. Waited in my vehicle for a minute and received text to come inside. Got inside, set down and within a minute got called back. Staff friendly and professional. Was out of there 3 minutes after my scheduled appointment time.

No issues with the staff just with the system...Had an appointment at 1150 so I arrived at 1142, but after I sat down people for 1130 were just arriving so my name kept going down on the list then at 1150 the 1140 appointments arrived it was frustrating so instead of being called at 1150 I was called after 12. I left from there after 1215. What's the point of appointments if people can arrive over 10 minutes late and still get called before the people already checked in.
