I sit in the drive through to only have the teller explain that because they are so busy they can only process 2 deposits. I run a business and take mutilate deposits each week to other branches and never had this issue. Best part is she returned my deposit bag and didn't even do the 2 she said she could do!! Worst branch ever and if you can't service your customers, hire better people and more of them!! This is my 1st spot putting thus review but there will be others.

I visited this branch a few days ago and was met with friendly and helpful people. I had an accidental double charge at an establishment and Nina handled the situation with tenacity, diligence, and a perfect level of concern. The situation was resolved more quickly and easily than I had hoped. Mrs. Blackmore is very personable and most definitely an asset to Wells Fargo.
