Answer to the first question is there is only one way out and in. Answer to the second question is no you can't help unless you are disabled and pay extra for it when you buy your ticket
There's multiple exits all over.. it depends on where you need to exit.. As for help with luggage you can ask the driver to please hepor direct you as to how to get a porter. to assist you with your bags..
Sarah: main entrance is 8th Avenue between 41st and 40th Streets. There's taxis lined up as you exit so you could get picked there too.
