I cant think of any classic Italian desserts that are eggless but best to call them and ask. I know they have a bread around easter with actual whole eggs in it, but that doesnt really help with your question, just related to it.

Cannoli cake was on the menu last time I was there a few weeks ago.

I haven't seen Mostaccioli as a regular menu item, but I know they make seasonal specialties for Christmas and Easter. I would give then a call a few weeks before to see what and when they will start offering their seasonal items.

I thaw mine in the fridge over night then cut and thaw a few pieces right before eating for about 30 minutes.
