It has always challenging to find baked goods that do not contain my allergens. But ever since I've discovered this place I keep returning to its location at Disney Springs. They generally have a wide variety of sweet treats, which are very tasty. Staff are always very friendly and helpful. If you have allergies, this is the place to shop!

Completely gluten-free pastry inexpensive by New York standards, but personally I found the place quite dirty and the desserts very nice, but tasteless.

I made a custom cake order a month in advanced for my engagement/30th birthday party. This was a $300 cake. When it came time to pick up my cake, they just didn’t have it. They acknowledged that they did take all my info, and had my order. They just “didn’t make the cake”. After some back and forth, they ended up icing a small cake (less than half the size of the one I ordered, and the wrong flavor) with the design I wanted. They STILL charged me full price for the small cake. I was polite the whole time, they did say sorry, but i would think they should have offered me the cake for free. I was beyond disappointed. To have planned so far in advanced, to have them seem excited to make the cake, for them to just forget and say “eh, sorry” really was upsetting. Not even a further apology via email from the owner, just the girl on the phone.

Yes they actually do but it's better to make the order in person.
The bakery states this on their website. Hope it helps! "We do not bake with most treenuts, peanuts, or soy. We do use coconut in most of our products. The FDA currently classifies coconuts as a treenut. Also, all of our gluten free flours are processed on equipment that packages hazelnut, almond flours and soy."
They are! Though they warn that they use Bob’s Red Mill (I think) flour which has a warning that while not containing nuts they are prepared in a facility that does use nuts. I think the machines that milk the flour are power washed and the first batch of flour is tossed to be as safe as possible.
Everything they use is gravity-free. Love that!
I dont think they have anything ready to go but they are great and i am pretty sure if you spoke to them they could do something custom.
No, they don't use artificial ingredients.
Yeah. They say it's Kosher.
