The service in here is the worst. They deserve 0 stars. The security guard is so arrogant, discriminating, and disgusting, he close the door on my face and push me. I have to video tape him for my own security; he got afraid and stop his non sense that is when the supposedly person in charge came outside and try to address the problem but since I don't not trust them with my papers, I leave the premises and told them I was going to report them. Good thing she is also in the video. They have 1 or 2 people inside the waiting room, they doing nothing and still they force people to do appointments, by the way you call and they hang up the phone all the time. So, how are we going to make our appointments?

Worst SSA ever. I had a phone appointment for my daughter today @ 10:00 am. Never received the call so I have been trying to contact them since 10:15 am. It is now 12:02 pm and I am still trying to get through. Horrible service. They keep calling me about the same thing.
