I mean, it’s a government-run office so, set your expectations properly. It was a little annoying to be able to schedule a 7:30AM appointment when the office itself doesn’t really open until 8AM, and the security staff aren’t the friendliest - you’re forced to wait outside or in the foyer until the GE agents come out to call you in. From that point on the process is speedy and straight forward, and the GE staff themselves are cordial enough. Have your paperwork ready just in case as well as your passport and you should be in and out within 10 minutes of being called upstairs. It’s efficient and gets the job done. You’ll get fingerprinted and have what is probably the most unflattering photo taken of you :) if you have a 7:30AM appointment don’t bother coming early or even on time, you’re much more likely to be allowed entry around 7:55-8am when the agents are ready to begin.

Though it was hard to make appointments, the staffs here are so nice. Even my English is not fluent. We just walked inside and after about 25mins my son and I made the whole things done.

APPOINTMENTS ONLY LOCATION, AND APPOINTMENT ONLY AVAIABLE 1-2 MONTTHS Dont waste your time. My case i called global access 45 minutes waiting on line no call back feature like we living in 1980's. After waiting rep said you can walk to any global and update your paperwork. went this location cant be even pass the door Appoinment only. Also it is very busy there local phone guy pickups put you on hold. They should add more people if they have 1-2 monrhs of schedule and this much phone calls.

Great experience here. Originally got an appointment here that’s months away, but I just keep checking the appointment site and eventually snag an appointment within the same month at 8:00 AM in the morning. You first walk through metal detector here and then you hand in your passport to the security and you are instructed to wait until the CBP agent upstair pull up your application. Then the security takes you to the Enrollement office upstair where a CBP agent confirms your address, email, etc. And they take your fingerprint and photo and you are done. Pretty smooth process. I don’t know why the rating for this place is so low though.

You must make an appointment. Your name must be on the list to access 3rd floor global entry office. Name changes are done before 8am. They stop doing name changes after 8am. Entrance is located at the front of the building. To the right of the staircase if facing the front of the building. Hope this helps.

If you are a New York state resident, the program is suspended for you and all ny residents until further notice. They have not made a decision regarding refunds which leads me to believe they intend to continue the process of those applicants once the program is no longer suspended. They are only accepting outside of my nys residents for global entry. I would advise you to stay updated with the current news to hear when the suspension for global entry is lifted for nys residents.
