Overall a good experience. The bikes in good condition, but one of them we got very deflated! Something to check before leaving. On the other hand, we left 2 bags on the premises, and then we had things missing from one of them. Very ugly that!

Ugh, I didn't take a picture of the borrowed bike. I made a reservation at Groupon and it took me a while to get used to the bike I borrowed after thinking about it. The staff are pleasant and there is an extra $3 per person. When borrowing, you must leave it at the original passport shop. I asked for an original ID, so I got a passport, but I'm not sure if it's possible to do something like a passport ^^;; I verified myself with a photo.

Super easy bike rental spot that is really close to the park. Book online to save some money.

It was a nice bike ride but we expected to receive a lot more information from the guide about the park and its surroundings, especially for this price (total est. 45 USD pp tax included). Instead, we did few stops and on places that are not even all that interesting. I would definitely try another bike rental company next time.

We wouldn’t be able to directly extend your bike rental. With that said, if you return your bikes outside of your initial rental period, you will be charged a late fee of $15/hr per bike and $25/hr per electric bike or electric scooter.

No. The equipment insurance covers the inside of Central Park only.
Yes. Our staff at the NYC bike rental shop can help adjust your bike to fit you perfectly.

Yes. You need to purchase a 2-hour bike rental to get a 4-hour bike rental. Note that the 2-hour extension doesn’t apply to electric equipment such as electric bikes or electric scooters.
