Extremely unprofessional. Dread behind the counter is unfamiliar with job requirements, really seem like he’s there for fun opposed to work. I was told my device would be fixed by the next day, when I called on the next day I was informed by unprofessional dread that it should be completed soon and I would be contacted back. 2 days later and I still haven’t heard from anyone at the location and when I called 2 minutes ago I was informed that I had to wait until after lunch before I could receive a response to whether or not my device which was paid in full was ready to be picked up or not.

The new worker with the dreads is RUDE, OBNOXIOUS, AND EXTREMELY ARROGANT. I Have been doing business there since they opened and was extremely happy with my service. The new guy is a bit much for me so now I only patronize when he is not there I look through the window and if he's there I go elsewhere

Brung my iPhone XR in at 6 for a screen repair , received it back at 6:58 . Record breaking time . Maybe I got lucky but the customer service was friendly quick and amazing . Need a Good quality fix come to this place I will be back to fix my daughters I pad screen
