I visited this T-Mobile store earlier for a Sim Swap on my phone. I was so lucky to be helped by Jose Almonte. He was so gracious, patient, helpful and accommodating to this Senior Citizen who knows absolutely NOTHING about Technology!! I am so grateful for his kindness and friendly attitude. Thanks again and KUDOS to Jose!! T-Mobile needs to have his Clone in all of their stores.
