I recently changed my last name back to my maiden name due to a divorce. I have a global entry card now with my married name which I need to have it updated to my new name. How do i go about doing this? do i need to make an appointment in person?

You must make an appointment. Your name must be on the list to access 3rd floor global entry office. Name changes are done before 8am. They stop doing name changes after 8am. Entrance is located at the front of the building. To the right of the staircase if facing the front of the building. Hope this helps.
