With at least 24 hours notice, you may reschedule or cancel at any time and the full amount paid is applied as a house credit that never expires and can be used towards any future box office purchase. Within the 24 hour window, the same rule applies, however we do remove $15/seat as a restocking fee. We appreciate your business and understand that sometimes life happens!
I missed a show once because we forgot about it, they were going to credit us part of the money. When I called them, they let us reschedule for a nominal rescheduling fee.
