We had a local contractor come out after a recent storm to assess our roof for damage. He found multiple areas that had been damaged and after filing a claim with our insurance company a representative came out. His inspection revealed the same damage, so we thought our claim to be valid. However, the insurance company stated that the roof was repairable and fell under my deductible. Frank was referred to us by our roofer and he was extremely professional. He thoroughly documented the damage with rooftop and aerial photos, compiled significant weather data from top notch resources, estimated damages that were comprehensive but accurate, and handled all communication with our insurance company. After Hurricane Irma severely damaged our expensive custom metal roof, the insurance company sent out an adjuster they had contracted from out of state!
