The UPS on St. John’s Bluff is the best location I’ve had the pleasure of patronizing. They are not only conveniently located close to my work, but they are always so pleasant, helpful as well as quick and efficient. They always have me in and out and have so many services including a notary and passport photos! 10/10 recommend this location!

Horrible service. The people that run this place always have an attitude and seem to just hate us Americans and treat us like we are the plague. They're always rude and prejiduce and try to upcharge everything and invent rules like they own the entire UPS company. This is the only UPS where there is always an issue when I go there. I prefer to drive an additional 15mns vs going here because every time I do they find a way to make things difficult. In response to the owner. No, I will not contact the store to "address" the issue because again, the people that run this store have no business at all working in customer service. They (YOU) are rude, impatient, racist and disrespectful. This store should be shut down and ownership replaced.

3 weeks ago My husband frequents this ups store to drop off packages for our small business. He asked for a cart so he could load the packages onto cart so we could get them sent off. They gave him one and he loaded 60 packages onto the cart in the hot Florida sun. They watched as He was doing this. A lady then came out and asked if they had labels. He said yes… She said well we can’t take that many we don’t have enough space. These packages didn’t even take up any space. They all fit on that one cart. He put them all back in the car and went back in and asked to speak with the owner of the building and she said “it’s me”. So the owner of the building who we spend thousands of dollars at her store and have done this so many times (some having over a hundred packages in the past) is refusing to take them because “there isn’t enough space”. He never had a problem before and he was one of the first people there. We won’t be back here. We will take our business somewhere else. I don’t think this would’ve even been that big of a deal if she didn’t watch me unload every package just to come out to tell me she refuses to take them.

Have to give them 5 starts! I was almost out $1600 from a Facebook scam.. Long story short I was overnight shipping an expensive wedding dress to somebody that wasn’t really who they said they were… I was able to call the store roughly 30 minutes after I had paid and left and asked if they could cancel the delivery on the package… The girl said the package had already been picked up and on the vehicle but she would call me back if she could see about getting the package back… Needless to say she was able to have the driver bring my package back to the store and I was able to pick it up before the end of the night! They ALSO refunded me the $206 I had spent for the overnight shipping, without me even having to ask. Whoever the man and women were working in the store the night of 8/9/2022 you guys are a blessing! Thank you SO much for your help!
