Having seen shows in the UK'S westend, (I'm English)I think they do a very good job considering the size of the theatre. Anyone with a modicum of common sense would realise that the shows would have to be condensed, and taking that into account the shows are very good. If you want a proper west end show then pay the prices and go to whatever the west end equates to over here! The meals are good too taking into account dining in the US. Again, if you want a silver service standard of meal pay the price and go to a silver standard restaurant.

They should be answering the phone til the shows start in the evening one would think. It's an okay theatre. Small stage, canned music. Food was banquet quality.
