As of 5/21/2019 Guess is still in business and open at this mall.
Yes, there was one the last time I was there a few weeks ago that has been there since the mall opened. But if you are making a special trip to the mall just for the store, given how bad retail is doing, it wouldn't hurt to "google" Twin Cities Premium Outlet Mall Eagan", to make sure it's still open. You might be able to get in on additional deals, too, by going to TCPO website or Guess's and seeing if they have an email or loyalty club...
